In 2024, we organised a cycling holiday in the south of France for the ASML Biking Team.

An enthusiastic group of cyclists took on the challenge of conquering some of the most iconic climbs in the region.

 

The highlight of the week was the ascent of Mont Ventoux, and not just once. They conquered this mythical mountain from all three sides: Bédoin, Malaucène and Sault. It was a physical and mental feat, but the satisfaction of completing the "Cinglé du Mont Ventoux" was enormous. The views, the unique bare summit and the joint effort were phenomenal.

 

In addition, there were other beautiful climbs on the programme, such as Les Gorges de la Nesque, Gorges du Toulourenc, Col de Fontaube en de Col des Aires. The week was interspersed with moments of relaxation and conviviality.

Of course, delicious meals were provided throughout the week, especially made for the hungry cycling stomachs.

In the evening after the meal, the exciting stories of the day were told in the different groups.

Thanks to the good weather, only 1 day of light rain, and the excellent organization it became a perfect week as can be seen in the pictures below.
